CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS

Simply put, Indian Coffee Collective is a young and growing coffee venture that endeavours to deliver the best coffee experience to its patrons. While our policy helps to define a framework of operations, we are here to help resolve any concerns you might have. Reach out to us whether you want to request a cancellation, a refund or simply rant about what we did wrong.

CANCELLATIONS
Coffee for our monthly Bloom Box is roasted by our partners on the 7th of every month. If you have already placed an order and wish to cancel or pause your subscription, email us at info@indiancoffeecollective.com before the 6th of any month and we will help you cancel the order. Requests for cancellations post this date will be executed for the following month’s Bloom Box. 

For all other orders, coffee is roasted by our partners on demand and we are unable to cancel any orders that have already been roasted. If your coffee has not already been roasted, we will do our best to help resolve any concerns you have. We request you to reach out to us at the earliest with an email at info@indiancoffeecollective.com. All refunds against cancellations will be initiated within three days of processing your request.
RETURNS
At Indian Coffee Collective, we strive to ensure that you enjoy every cup of coffee that we can help you access. Yet, if we end up delivering you coffee that is just unacceptable or deliver the wrong coffee altogether, reach out to us at info@indiancoffeecollective.com and we will resolve any issues you might be facing. Email us within 3 days of receiving your shipment for a replacement or a complete refund of the purchase.
